UC Merced believes that students should not go hungry. The Bobcat Pantry provides access to nutritious and healthy food for all graduate and undergraduate students. We promote sustainable practices and a holistic approach to a healthy and nutrition-conscious lifestyle. Student involvement and leadership provides the basis for the pantry operations and services.
The Bobcat Panty is open to all currently enrolled UC Merced undergraduate and graduate students. Please fill out the Grocery Pick-Up Form below prior to visiting and remember to bring your CatCard to access this resource. If you are a parent or caretaker of a child under the age of 6 please reach out to the Food Distribution Coordinator to request any accommodations. The team will be able to provide additional food support based on available inventory.
Graduate Student - A student who holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent, is taking courses at the post-baccalaureate level, and is admitted to a graduate program.
Spring 2025 Operations: January 21 - May 1:
- Monday - Thursday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Closed Fridays
Pantry will be closed during the following days:
- Monday, February 17: President's Day
- Monday - Thursday: Spring Recess
- Friday, March 28: Cesar Chavez Holiday
