SACEPI will serve as the student body and voice of the Blum Federation. As such, SACEPI will link student power across the UC system to shape and advance the Blum Federation’s mission and actions while nurturing a growing student movement for equity and social justice locally, nationally, and internationally. SACEPI is a foundational step for the Blum Federation and for the UC system. SACEPI is a council of students from Blum Centers across the UC system. Most campus have 2 students: an undergraduate and graduate representative. At UC Merced, GFI and CropMobster interns are also part of SACEPI.
